About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer - Patrol Support for a logistics and distribution location in Goodyear, Arizona. The position is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. The officer conducts routine and random patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitors access, responds to incidents and alarms, and supports a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, teamwork, and integrity.

The schedule is daytime: Monday through Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local regulations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must comply with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow emergency response protocols, and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, access concerns, and other security-related observations in clear and accurate reports.
