About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Baldwin Park, California. This customer-service-focused role involves working with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes, verifies, and guides visitors; manages access; conducts patrols; responds to incidents; and helps protect individuals and property. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., at $19.29 per hour. DailyPay is available. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
