About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves monitoring security systems and surveillance screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Officers document incidents, respond to potential threats, patrol premises, control access to secure areas, and help protect people and property. The position offers two schedule options: Saturday 7 p.m.–3 a.m., Monday and Tuesday 11:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m., and Friday 8 p.m.–4 a.m. (40 hours per week); or Friday and Saturday 6 p.m.–1 a.m., Sunday 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and Monday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (32 hours per week). The wage is $18 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is made.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
