About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer Driver for a manufacturing and industrial location in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role helps safeguard the site by conducting routine and random patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents and alarms, and maintaining a visible security presence. The officer also provides customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while supporting a secure environment and following site-specific procedures and policies. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour, and the scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, identifying and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and reporting unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts.
• Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.
