About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for flex coverage in Plano, Texas. The role requires a driver’s license and open availability for varying shifts. Requirements

• Have a driver’s license.
• Have a high school education or equivalent GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Serve as a point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor the property for rule infractions.
• Observe and survey the assigned area and report activity.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when appropriate.
