Security Officer Overnight Patrol Response

About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in Cincinnati, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to concerns. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and team members, and help create a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach. The position is part-time and pays $15.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday and Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The role includes paid training and access to a platform for viewing and claiming additional shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements if required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Communicate clearly with visitors and team members and support a welcoming environment.
