About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response in Fontana, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. The role requires clear communication, reporting observations, and providing exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond calmly to incidents, delivery-related issues, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and maintain accurate logs for deliveries, arrivals, departures, and security-related incidents.
Report observed hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
