Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access for team members, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Document visitor, vendor, and incident activity, report unusual behavior or policy concerns, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may need attention.
