Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate at a food and beverage location.
  • Verify credentials, authorize entry for employees, visitors, and contractors, and document arrivals, departures, and visitor activity in accordance with post instructions.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms, and entry control systems to help identify unusual activity and report incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, using de-escalation and clear communication with site contacts, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
