About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer at a food and beverage manufacturing location in Fort Pierce, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control functions. The role includes providing customer service and clear communication while contributing to a team-oriented culture. Work is scheduled Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control functions.
