About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Unarmed Patrol Access Control in Seattle, Washington. The position provides a reliable assigned-site schedule, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. The designated site and weekly anchor shift require a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may be available across multiple sites, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed.

The role pays $23.68 per hour. The listed shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
