About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer for mobile patrol in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The role helps safeguard clients and maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and assisting visitors, residents, and staff with professional service. The officer remains visible, communicates clearly, documents security-related activity, and helps deter incidents while upholding the company’s values. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.51 per hour. Employees can use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Support visitors, residents, and staff with professional service.
Remain visible, communicate clearly, document security-related activity, and help deter incidents.
