About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Glens Falls, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.64 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
