About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking professional, observant, and dependable Security Officers to provide a safe and welcoming environment at a Class A office complex in Cleveland, Ohio. The officer will serve as a first point of contact for employees and visitors, help ensure building policies are followed, manage incidents appropriately, and treat guests with professionalism and respect. The role is full-time and pays $16.50 per hour. Available shifts are Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday through Tuesday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Travel is not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Valid Ohio security guard license or guard card, if applicable.
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor; uniform must be worn neatly at all times.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform patrol duties.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a corporate, commercial, or Class A office security environment.
Familiarity with access control software, report systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit points for tenants, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
Verify identification and issue visitor badges or access credentials.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and documentation.
Operate security systems, access control panels, and surveillance cameras as required.
Help ensure building policies are followed and incidents are managed appropriately.
Provide a safe, welcoming environment and professional customer service to employees and visitors.
Perform patrol duties.
