About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Mobility in Woodbridge, Virginia, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to tenants and visitors. The role is part-time and offers access to a platform for viewing and claiming additional shifts.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property representatives by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and property concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond calmly and constructively to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
