About The Position

As a part-time Front Desk Security Professional at an automotive business location in Camden, NJ, you will welcome visitors, employees, and vendors and help maintain a secure, professional environment. You will manage access, respond to inquiries, observe activity, and communicate information with care and integrity. The role is part of a collaborative, people-first security team. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.57 per hour.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, contractors, and employees at the front desk and provide exceptional customer service.
Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, maintain sign-in records, and communicate visitor arrivals to appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general site information, and support front-desk operations.
Monitor access points and security-related systems, report unusual activity, and help deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established emergency response procedures.
