About The Position
As a part-time Front Desk Security Professional at a residential community in Wilmington, Delaware, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, responding to security-related concerns, and communicating with residents, visitors, and staff. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive observation and clear reporting. Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while following site-specific procedures and security protocols at the residential front desk.
- Monitor property access, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Receive and document resident inquiries, deliveries, service requests, and other front-desk communications; direct concerns to appropriate property personnel.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established emergency response procedures.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, report unusual or unauthorized activity, and maintain clear, timely incident documentation.
