About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer Patrol in Elkhorn, Nebraska, you will safeguard clients at utility-related locations by maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report security-related concerns, assist visitors and personnel, and provide customer service and communication. The role is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Observe and report security-related concerns.
• Assist visitors and personnel.
