About The Position

As a driving unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location in Soda Springs, Idaho, you will serve and safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting patients, visitors, and staff with customer service and communication. The role involves following site-specific policies and responding to emergencies in accordance with established protocols. This is a full-time position scheduled for daytime shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.82 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations while following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of patient care areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, credential verification, and access-control procedures as assigned.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and patrol activities and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
