About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer at a financial institution location in Orlando, Florida. The role involves safeguarding the client through routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service to visitors and staff. Fluent Spanish communication skills are required. The posted schedule is Tuesday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Wednesday 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., Friday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and Saturday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
