About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Atlanta, Georgia. The role safeguards the client through patrols, visible security presence, access control support, incident response, and customer service. The posted schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The officer works with employees, visitors, and clients, follows security procedures and site-specific policies, and documents activity and incidents. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local regulations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site policies, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
