As a Security Officer Welcome Center in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
  • Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by greeting visitors, checking identification and credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.
  • Answer phones, assist employees, visitors, and vendors with directions and basic information, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and maintaining clear communication during security-related events.
  • Maintain accurate front desk logs, incident notes, and visitor records while helping to support an organized and professional entry experience within a manufacturing and industrial location.
