About The Position

As a Security Officer Visitor Authorization in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, employee entrances, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unauthorized activity or potential hazards.
• Assist with directing visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel to appropriate check-in locations while supporting orderly site operations.
