As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and other site issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and document daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports.
  • Support emergency and weather-related response procedures, assist with traffic and/or access control during site events, and communicate clearly with personnel and first responders when needed.
