About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Detail in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may need attention.
Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and support property operations with professional interactions and timely follow-up.
