About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer to serve and safeguard a food and beverage production location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role requires providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding to situations with professionalism and integrity. The stated pay rate is $17.41 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Monday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Tuesday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Wednesday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Additional shifts may be viewed and claimed through the company’s platform.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the production location, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
Accurately and promptly document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
