Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, report maintenance or life system issues, and/or observe conditions that could impact daily operations.
• Assist with security-related reports, logs, and routine observations while maintaining a professional presence within a commercial real estate environment.
