About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Carmel, Indiana. The role involves patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers, and requires the ability to remain physically active throughout the shift. Officers observe their surroundings, anticipate risks, and respond appropriately to protect people and property. Shifts vary, with first-, second-, and third-shift availability. The position pays $25.75 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
