About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer – Shift Supervisor. The role varies by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The supervisor monitors and protects premises, responds to incidents, and oversees and supports security officers during assigned shifts to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. This is a full-time position with open availability required to work various shifts; the specific shift and schedule will be discussed during the interview process. The hourly wage is $17.48–$19.02. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required.
• At least six months of security experience is required.
• Have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one.

• Military or law enforcement background is highly valued.

Responsibilities
