As a Security Officer Driver Identity Screening in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring access, screening people and materials, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members, and support routine site operations. Requirements

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Screen individuals, packages, and/or property entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures and access requirements.
  • Monitor screening equipment and report prohibited items, irregularities, or access concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, facility access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
