You will manage access, assist with inquiries, monitor security-related activity, and communicate concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with management, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, package, and incident records while supporting a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
