Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Serve as a front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, managing access procedures, verifying credentials, and directing guests to appropriate offices or shared facilities.
  • Monitor lobby and entrance activity, observe access control systems and/or cameras as assigned, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when directed.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and shift communications while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
