Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, confirming identification and/or credentials, and following location policies for entry, visitor processing, and notifications.
• Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and direct guests, vendors, and staff to the appropriate departments in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support daily front desk operations within a technology-focused location by maintaining logs, documenting activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent policy application.
