About The Position

As a Security Officer Reception Arrival Specialist in Lithia Springs, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will be the welcoming presence at a client location, managing access control, verifying badges and visitors, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, teamwork, and maintaining a secure environment. This is a full-time position scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and incident records.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and service providers.
Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, hazards, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.
