As a Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming calls and alarms, maintain accurate records, and support response activities at a dynamic corporate location. You will use technology to track incidents, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and help promote a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• TWIC Required
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Coordinate security-related communications.
• Monitor incoming calls and alarms.
• Maintain accurate records.
