As a Dispatch Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents and service requests. You will help maintain access control and badge processes while delivering exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to healthcare location personnel, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and/or radio communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain clear, timely communication during routine and critical situations.
  • Document calls for service, incidents, dispatch activity, and relevant notifications accurately in required logs and reporting systems.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations by monitoring access points, coordinating visitor and delivery communications, and reporting unusual activity.
