As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Communications in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch requests for assistance, alarms, incidents, and critical situations to appropriate personnel in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Monitor communication systems, cameras, access-control alerts, and other dispatch tools; maintain accurate logs, incident records, and activity reports.
  • Coordinate communications with security-related personnel, clinical staff, facilities teams, and emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter when assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
