As a Dispatch Security Professional at a financial institution, you will coordinate responses to alarms and security-related incidents, monitor systems, communicate with personnel and emergency services, and support timely incident documentation. Requirements

  • Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor alarm systems, cameras, access-control notifications, and incoming communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and coordinate responses to security-related incidents.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and relay routine and emergency calls for service in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Communicate with on-site personnel, management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed during incidents and critical situations.
