Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access activity, observe site conditions, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document the arrival and departure of visitors, vendors, and/or drivers in accordance with site policies.
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with traffic and dock activity when appropriate, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required records.
