About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol Route in Gallatin, Tennessee, serving a manufacturing and industrial location. The officer monitors and patrols assigned areas, maintains a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provides customer service and clear communication. The role supports a welcoming and orderly environment through integrity, teamwork, and adherence to site procedures. The posted schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and communicating access concerns to site contacts.
Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs accurately, and promptly communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.
Provide customer service to clients.
