As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in City Of Industry, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
  • Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
