As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
  • Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures.
  • Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions and report them to the appropriate personnel.
