Candidates with prior 1+ Years of security experience OR military/correctional officer experience OR law enforcment experience is highly preferred

As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Overnights in Rochelle, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates must have open availability

Nice To Haves

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Candidates with prior 1+ Years of security experience OR military/correctional officer experience OR law enforcment experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and potential product tampering to help to deter theft and workplace incidents.
• Document patrol findings and security-related incidents accurately, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal and designated site personnel.
