About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment through professional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The scheduled shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.30 per hour. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
