About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Clarksville, TN, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations. The position is full-time and pays $17.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization according to site procedures, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate locations.
Observe and report incidents, damage, hazards, and suspicious activity; respond calmly to critical situations and notify appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
