Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, assist with access control practices, and help to direct tenants, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Support visitor management processes by verifying identification, documenting arrivals and departures, issuing access credentials, and maintaining accurate front desk records.
  • Answer phones, provide information, and report maintenance, security-related, and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts while maintaining awareness of front desk activity.
