Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at public transportation facilities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate transit personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas; assist with directing visitors and maintaining orderly access in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns.
