As a Security Officer - Patrol Driving Role in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and operate a vehicle as needed. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial data center location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management in accordance with established procedures.
