As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and business location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, offices, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry and orderly traffic flow.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
