This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and operations location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
  • Support a professional environment by communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and/or appropriate emergency responders.
